Sébastien has 20 years of experience in investment banking, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, fundraising, and financing. In 2020, he founded ARKESTONE ADVISORY before joining Inspirit Partners as a partner in 2023.
Previously, Sébastien held the position of Head of Small Cap Mergers and Acquisitions at Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance, where he worked for 15 years from 2006 to 2020, and also spent 6 years at CM-CIC Finance from 2000 to 2006.
He holds a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from EM Lyon, a Master’s degree in Management form Sorbonne and is member of the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF)
